BAPE® US accepts returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that certain exclusive collaborations and limited-edition releases are considered final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided through the portal.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original BAPE® packaging, ensuring all hangtags and dust bags are included to avoid a restocking fee.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
